Amy Fleisher Madden founded the independent record label Fiddler Records in Miami, Florida, at the age of 16. In her mind, it was a logical progression from her local fanzine. Before she could even vote, she discovered and broke bands like Dashboard Confessional, New Found Glory, and several other indie darlings you may or may not have heard of. She oversaw the creative direction of and released over 25 albums, which fueled her desire to further her education in art direction and design at The Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.

Madden has published two books: A Million Miles (Animal Mfg. Co.) and NEGATIVES: A Photographic Archive of Emo (Chronicle Books). 

Amy currently resides in Franklin, a tiny town south of Nashville, TN. It's nice.

Jessi Frick has followed a non-traditional path in the music industry, starting in the early 2000s. After dabbling in tour management, marketing, and PR, she founded the label Father/Daughter Records in 2010. Jessi is also the founder and artist manager at Citrine Management, where she works alongside Chastity Belt, Speedy Ortiz, Remember Sports, and mui zyu. She currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
